ACHAM Return & Exchange Policy
At ACHAM, we create garments in small batches using natural fabrics and pay close attention to every detail. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and provides lasting comfort. Returns or exchanges are accepted exclusively in cases of a manufacturing defect or an order or shipping error, when the received item does not match the original order.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and keep the item in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
The return or exchange process requires contacting us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence. After review, we will provide return instructions. The customer sends the item back, and once it has been received and inspected, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected. The processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the item does not fit, the color or style is not preferred, or the purchase decision has changed.
