European Union Declaration of Conformity
This declaration confirms that the products of the ACHAM brand comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the European Union and meet the relevant standards of safety, quality, and labeling established for textile products.
ACHAM garments are manufactured primarily using natural fabrics and materials, in accordance with the principles of environmental responsibility, comfort, and durability. No prohibited or restricted substances exceeding the limits set by EU regulations are used in the production process.
The products are designed and manufactured in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 on textile fiber names and labeling, and Directive 2001/95/EC on general product safety.
This declaration confirms that ACHAM products are safe for consumers under normal and foreseeable conditions of use and fully comply with the applicable requirements of the European Union for this category of products.
